2nd Trimester!

This is when I throw lots of strengthening exercises at people. They get all. the. things.

They typically feel better and can do more. They understand their body a little better and know how to manage their symptoms. This is a fun time! I love when I can get people in while they’re in their second trimester because they can do a lot, we can build a lot of strength and good habits, and get a good baseline.
